(Giry 夫人匆匆走过 ，Raoul 突然出现 ，他叫住她，并询问她 Phantom 的来历， Giry 夫人起初不肯说， 经Raoul 一再恳求，她终于透露一些消息。 原来 Phantom 天生面貌畸形， 但却聪明绝顶，他曾被当成怪物般在笼子里展出，后来用智脱逃。Raoul 提议让 Christine 演女主角，则 Phantom 必然前往欣赏 ，那么便可以乘机抓住 Phantom ，众人一致同意 ，唯有Christine 不愿协助大家诱捕她的恩师， 但在众人的劝说下，她还是勉强答应了。
Christine 回忆起她的父亲,他的许诺到了天堂将给他送来Ａngle of music，也想起从前和 Phantom 练唱时的温柔情景．Christine 来到墓园，手拿一束白花， 她缓步走向父亲的墓，深情追忆她的父亲……）

" Don Juan‘s Triumphant " 首映的最后一幕 ，房间内，有一张华贵的餐桌 ，仆人已备下餐点，Aminta ( Christine ) 入场.Don Juan 从布帘后入场， Christine 隐隐感到他似乎是 Phantom， 他们开始二重唱……)
